“This is a perfect bolt hole for two. Centrally located in St Just. Close to the free car park, shops and pubs. Loved it.”

Andy. H - March 2019

"This is a gem of a place. Stay here if you can! We came for Christmas last year and were delighted to return. The barn is cosy and warm, close to amenities but also quiet. Loved being able to run down to the sea and along the coast path in the mornings. And Sebastian is always on hand should anything be needed. Thanks for the warm welcome. Hope to be back!"

Madhu - January 2019

“The barn was lovely. Very well appointed, with everything you need in the kitchen to cook a great meal. We loved our time in St Just.”

John Mellor - November 2018

“Thanks so much for letting us stay in your gorgeous little barn in St Just. Perfect size and location and all the little touches were so appreciated. Will definitely rebook when we return!”

Beki Osborne - October 2018

“Ashley and I had a great stay at the barn! The space was perfect for the two of us on our honeymoon. We especially enjoyed burning fires in the wood stove. Sebastian was a great host as well. We really appreciated that he was willing to take us to and from the train station in Penzance since we didn't have a vehicle, and that he showed us around the area a little. When there was a mishap with the shower that required it to be replaced, he was very responsive, and when it turned out that it would take more than one day to be fixed, we were very grateful that he organised alternative bathroom options for us. We would definitely recommend the barn and Sebastian to our friends. We hope to be able to make the trip back to Cornwall again soon!”

Christopher and Ashley - September 2018

Jana Bourhill - Septamber 2018

"The barn is a lovely, cosy space brilliantly located in the heart of St Just. We used it as a base for walking the coastal paths, and it was just the ticket. It's cosy, beautifully furnished and great value - the perfect bolt-hole for a few nights in the tranquil, Cornish countryside. Highly recommended!”

David Owen - August 2018

"Perfect little house for 2, St Just is such a great base it has everything you need from pubs to shops to a free car park! We had a great stay in the barn, was very clean and well equipped, communication was good, very quick responses with a lot of information about how to get there and the local area! Ideal for Sennen, Porthcurno and Minack and mining coastal paths."

Kate Gregory - July 2018

"the house has everything you could need. The location is perfect with butchers, bakers and a greengrocer all within walking distance plus pubs and cafes if you don't want to cook. Its great for walking, you can walkout straight from the house, and the hosts swim tips were fabulous. A perfect perfect stay!

Kim Chester -  July 2018

Great little cottage. Perfectly located for exploring St Just and with easy access to the coastal walks. Really enjoyed our stay. Great little spot. Lovely touch leaving the bits and bobs for breakfast on arrival.
