WHAT GUESTS ARE SAYING...

“Stayed here twice now, great house with plenty of space and well looked after. St just has good access to costal walks and great pubs and places to eat nearby. Would recommend.”

Michael – July 2025

“We've just had a wonderful week at Penrose Cottage in St Just and we will be back! It is spacious, clean, modern and has everything you need. It's one of the best houses we have stayed in. Also, communication with The Cornish Way has been easy and they have always answered promptly. I highly recommend this cottage and company.”

Bridget – April 2025

“We had a wonderful stay: the cottage was warm, cosy and comfortable, extremely well equipped and in an ideal location. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. As a group of artists, we were able to visit many beautiful locations - for walks and drawing. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Loved St Just especially The Dog & Rabbit!”

Antonia – March 2025

“This place was perfect for our family of three couples and an infant. It exceeded expectations! We spent very pleasant evenings around the dining room table and cooked some great meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We particularly appreciated the number of dishes, mugs and glasses, quality of cookware and the seemingly endless supply of coffee pods. The welcome gift of milk in the fridge, coffee, cookies and fresh flowers was very thoughtful. The separate wing with its larger living room turned out to be an unexpected bonus, becoming a favourite morning gathering place for the early risers and the baby, allowing others to sleep in without disturbance. St. Just is a charming town and a good location from which to explore the area. The cottage is very close to the town square and a quick walk to the shops, cafes and pubs. We would definitely stay here again!!!”

Joanna – October 2024

“Great place and location for this part of Cornwall. St just is really nice with plenty of pubs, cafes and shops access to costal walks. Accommodation was brilliant, clean and really spacious and private. Couldn’t fault it. The Cornish Way were helpful and always responsive to any questions. Highly recommend.”
