"We had a fantastic break in St Just. The accommodation is lovely and is well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. There's a nice little courtyard to enjoy when the sun is out! It's only a short walk to some quite breathtaking coastal walks, and only a short drive to other great places to visit in SW Cornwall... There's some great amenities in St Just, cafes, shops etc. Would recommend a pizza from the Square! The communication was really clear and helpful, we didn't have any issues at all and were provided some great recommendations. Would definitely come back!"

The S’nook is a characterful, detached one-bedroom barn conversion hidden away in the heart of the charming town of St Just. Set behind a five-bar gate with a lovely private patio garden it’s the perfect retreat from where to explore this glorious area and coastline.

The modern reverse level accommodation is spacious with a bright open plan living room on the first floor. Its vaulted ceilings and a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden make it a lovely space to relax in. The bedroom has a huge super king size bed and is sure to give a restful sleep after days out exploring.

We are dog friendly too and with a fully enclosed garden there’s no need to worry if yours is an escape artist. Although after days out walking the South West coast path or enjoying the beaches and villages dotted around we are sure they will be too tired to try!

The attractive town of St Just is a UNESCO world heritage site and framed by some of the most dramatic coastline in Cornwall. It’s a quirky and friendly town that feels lost in time with a host of great local shops, a deli, butcher, four pubs and a small local supermarket for your everyday needs. There are a couple of cafes too and the Dog and Rabbit behind the post office does great breakfasts and lunches with log fires and comfy sofas. Surrounding the town are the most spectacular walks which you can reach within a ten-minute(ish) stroll from the doorstep.

We are spoilt for beaches too. Sennen with its glorious surfing beach is ten minutes away as is Potheras, a hidden and stunning locals cove. Travelling further east within twenty minutes you can be in Marazion with its fabulous beach overlooking the famous St Michaels Mount or St Ives, Mousehole and Penzance.

The first-floor living room is flooded with light and open plan to the kitchen. There is a two-seater sofa and an extra little snug sitting area under the TV, perfect for curling up and reading a book. Doors open up to a Juliet balcony which overlooks the gardens. There is a small flat screen TV and dining table with four chairs.

It’s a spacious kitchen area and a social space open plan to the sitting room and dining area. There’s plenty of cupboard space as well as a fridge, microwave, electric oven and hob and washing machine.

The bedroom is on the ground floor and overlooks the patio. There are fitted wardrobes and a super king size bed which can split to provide two full sized single beds. You decide.

Next to the bedroom on the ground floor is a modern shower room with an electric shower, WC and basin.

The cottage is accessed via a five-bar gate which leads through to a pretty private patio area. The perfect spot for al fresco meals.

"Had a great stay in St Just. The property is perfect, central to shops, pubs and art galleries, and a whole host of walks from your doorstep, which our dog loved. The sunny and private courtyard was perfect in the evenings after a day on the beach. Would recommend and stay again!"

"Lovely little hideaway, perfect to return to after a long day of walking! Perfect for a couple, with everything you need to relax and enjoy the Cornish sunshine. St Just is a friendly village with some great amenities (you have to check out the takeaway full English breakfast available at The Square - the vegan version is the best we've had!). A short walk through fields and down lanes towards the coast will take you to Cape Cornwall, which we thought was far more beautiful, rugged and appealing than the overly touristic Lands End. This is also a good access point for the SW coast path. Road access is great and you're only a short drive to all the major attractions in this area. Another shout out for the stunning Portheras Cove (just a few minutes drive north along the coast from St Just) which was hard to beat in the low sun of a mid September afternoon/evening. All essential information was provided in advance and questions answered promptly. Thanks for a wonderful stay."
