Cancellations and insurance if I need to move my holiday dates or wish to cancel due to Covid related issues?

OUR USUAL CANCELLATION POLICIES APPLY SO IT IS IMPORTANT YOU TAKE OUT COMPRHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE - Many policies have enhanced covid cover including cover if you need to cancel due to being required to self isolate. 

Any agreement regarding cancelling beyond our standard terms is not ours to make, it is the owners and we are simply agents. We are working closely with all our clients to offer some flexibility and compromise and will do everything we can to assist you. Most guests have the recommended insurance, and the majority of policies include moving dates and cancellation but you need to check with your insurer to confirm what you're covered for. We will help of course in any way we can in providing necessary information.
