Property owners

We'd love to welcome you to our family.

We look after a select portfolio of properties that are the pride and joy of their owners, and that are considered a home from home by their guests.

We deliver a personalised service to your guests from the moment they enquire, to when they get home after a great holiday and are considering booking again.

Where we differ is that we understand that most property owners want to use their holiday home for themselves too.

We’ll advise on the best times to enjoy your property for yourselves, while also optimizing its income potential. Flexibility is key.

The Cornish Way is based in St Just, and we only look after wonderful holiday homes in the far west of Cornwall, so we’re on hand whenever you need us.

The Cornish Way is small by choice. We believe that we can only have an intimate knowledge of a small number of properties, and that knowledge is key is serving you, and your guests, as well as you’d want. That is why we have set our ceiling at a dozen properties, plus our own.

We were delighted to receive this endorsement from one of our lovely cottage owners:

"If you are looking to rent out a property in Far West Cornwall, look no further. Kelvin is a fantastic man to manage your holiday property. He understands what customers want and always makes an effort to deliver. He knows how to make people feel welcome and will secure many repeat bookings whilst also giving you great tips and ideas of what to have for your guests, rather than a list of rules like other agents. He filled our property with bookings literally as it was being built and really does a great job in keeping both guest and owner happy. A very honest, interesting and clever man whose passion about this wonderful part of Cornwall is infectious."

If you’d like to discuss The Cornish Way managing your holiday home give Kelvin a call on 07834 090 818, or drop him an email: kelvin@thecornishway.co.uk and he'll pop around for tea and a chat. Alternatively meet him at Archavon in St Just and he’ll even break out the biscuits.
